The Away Foundation

Adobe today has announced that they will play a strategic role in the formation of a new non-profit open source organization, The Away Foundation, through funding and endorsement of the popular Away3D framework as the recommended open source 3D framework for mobile, desktop and television games powered by Flash technology (Adobe AIR and Adobe Flash Player). This announcement is another proof of Adobe’s commitment to gaming and is a a follow up to Adobe’s earlier contributions to the open source Starling 2D framework. Adobe will continue to promote various 3rd party 3D frameworks and products that complement Flash game development.

  1. Hello Joseph Labrecque,
Thanks, on a related note, Repairing home foundations is not just inconvenient — it is costly. When you call any contractor, you should first build up an estimate of the total expense it will incur. If you agree upon this quotation, with all the other factors involved such as time, materials, and labor, then the work should commence.
