Adobe MAX 2017 – Animate CC Resources

Adobe MAX is over… it was a great time (as MAX always is) but I am so happy to be back in Denver and away from Las Vegas. It’s a crazy place and as someone who is easily irritated by noise and smoke… yeah – not my favorite city to spend a week in! Flash Player: 2020

Adobe has announced that they plan, in cooperation with browser vendors, to end-of-life Flash Player in 2020. It is important to note a few things here… this is only in regard to Flash Player not AIR! The AIR team have some very cool stuff on the roadmap and AIR will continue on, regardless. Additionally, we now have a number of ways to convert content which requires such conversion through Animate CC and other tools. Cinematic Interactives with Animate CC

At the Adobe Education Leader 2017 North American Summit, I was able to give a demonstration of Animate CC features – specifically the virtual camera and global scripts / code snippets to create cinematic interactives.
